Spoooooooore!
AUGGGGGH!!! WHY WON'T WILL WRIGHT HURRY UP?!?!?!?!!?!?!?! AUGH! (Note: This is a long entry. Read only if you have nothing to do.) Sorry, I'm just getting a little obsessive with Spore. What? You don't know of Spore and all its fancy goodness? Tsk tsk, this means I have to refer you to a few places: spore.ea.com - The official site. Doesn't have much on it though... gamingsteve.com - This dude is cool. Not all of it is about spore, but he is in contact with the developers (lucky), and so this site has the most info. planetspore.co.uk/home.php - A pretty nice site about spore. oobe.weblogs.us - I don't know much of this place yet, but I believe it's a bit cool too. pqhp.com/cmp/gdctv - This place only has a small portion...porsion... screw it, part of it about spore, especially since its the game developer's conference site and not a spore site. Anyway, I LOVE this site. Scroll down till you see "Will Wright talks about his new game called 'Spore'". Click register and put in random crap in the boxes. Scroll down again to the "Will Wright...blahblah" and click play video. Choose a speed, I do broadband cus I'm lucky, and when you see the video thing press expand video. Then click the "Spore video" link, and watch. Anytime Will starts to have a speech where it doesn't show the game, you can skip with the timebar thingie. Enjoy! (This is an awesome place. The video is an hour long, but half of it is speech which I usually skip.) Anyway, if you're too lazy to check these places out, basically this game is a computer game that is coming out in Fall '06. You start off as a 2d, cellular size organism. You eat stuff, evolve, eat, evolve, etc. (It may seem boring, but it's a bit more interesting later.) Eventually, once you are big enough and no longer cellular size, it becomes 3d and you continue the process. Eventually you will evolve the brain (you get to decide when) enough so that you can start a tribe. You build up a tribe, which eventually becomes a city. You eventually conquer the planet, then buy a UFO. You then take over the solar system. Then, you buy an interstellar drive so that you can travel the entire galaxy. So, from cellular wuss to galactic God, you control a species. The editors (cellular creature, creature, huts/maybe tools, vehicles, buildings, UFO's, planets) are awesome and really creative. For example, the creature you make could be anywhere from a flying fish to a giant, two-headed, fifty-legged lag monster, to whatever the hell your imagination can concoct. So... Yea. Coldplay and the Pacman that is Demonic
Okay, details: First my family(which means 2 parents, 1 bro, and I) piled into the car. We drove my bro to his friends Bday party. The party was at Ihop(w00t). After the party everyone was going to go home 'cept my bro who slept over. This is where I heard that Josh's lung popped. (:O) Btw he is fine, just needs to rest. The remaining three went to Char Grill. Took a long time. We drove off to the ampitheatre. (btw we were supposed to bring one of the people who came with us to Green Day, but she never called us back to tell us where to pick her up, so she missed out.) In the parking lot we almost ran over Zven(w00t Zven rox). We talked to him a bit. We had tickets for the lawn. In front of us was a couple who were nice. Somebody knocked over their beer. Too bad. To our right were a bunch of drunk losers. You know how sometimes drunks act all cool and stuff? Well, these people were idiots. To our front were a few teenage girls who we thought were going to be trouble. Fortunatly they were real mellow. Riley OKiley(warmup band) was okay, but lost the crowd quick. Coldplay was awesome. They dedicated a song for the peeps who had to sit aaaall the way at the top of the hill, as well as anyone else who just got a bum deal. The singer also screwed up a song. >:D Anyway, it was fun. Demonic Pacman: A new site/invision board that I'm workin on. W00t! Its going to suck! Yay lameness! I might realease the link soon. That is a maybe cus it might not take off. w00t! Also im having trouble getting to gamingsteve.com If anybody knows if the site is having technical issues or if its just me, that would be great. Wewt
Okay... I am just guna randomly say events that have happend recently. I was visited by the birthday wizard. (It was one of my bro's friends who is a total nerd[like me] and dressed up like a wizard. He randomly went to his friends' houses to give out invites to his IHOP party. He is like, 16 and showed up with a blue wizard hat, a black cape, and an old horse head on stick toy.) Something about this guy with the screen name of sadistic... or something like that... anyway, he cussed me out for some random reason. I ignored him and went to eat dinner. Yesterday we ate at Duffy's. W00t! Uhm... I went to the pool yesterday. Some 6th graders tried to act cool, and pretended to cuss me out... but never actually said anything bad... lol... Uhm... Good news!
Although it might not mean much to you, the economy of mythicalmonk is soaring! Its at a new all time high of 156000 gp! Thanks mainly to Pussy Crunch, the super runecrafter with a suggestive name. After his 3rd rcrafting run with p. crunch, mythicalmonk had this to say: "W00t! I'm rich! I love essence running! Thats how I got money! I can finally buy my rune back! Yippeeee!!! "Blasted Death Sticks"
Okay, just a quick note: Don't click the link if you aren't good with violence, blood, language, or humor. Anyway, I used to go to a place called StickSuicide.com. Well, I went to it less and less, then stopped going at all. The other day, I decided to go back and visit, only to discover it is out of buisness. It has a redirect link to explosm. Ok, details on the concert
Alright. My dad, my bro and I left my house at 4:45pm. We drove to Lucky 32's, an awesome restraunt. It's a semi-formal place, but we were dressed fine. Steven Wilson showed up, then the girls. The girls were NOT dressed well for this place. Shirts showing off bellies, 2 inch skirts, heavy makeup, the whole bit. Anyway, I got a Burger, and we were off. We ended up having 45 minutes to spare, so we drove to a drugstore. We terrorized the place/bought Steven (not me Steven, the other Steven) some headache stuff. We walked out to the parking lot and hung around another 5 minutes. Eventually we drove to the stadium. Well, Steven Wilson was driving. He is a VERY bad driver. So it took us waaay too long to get to the stadium. We ended up missing the first few Jimmy Eat World songs, but thats ok. Steven Wilson ended up having such a bad headache(he had a crown put on his tooth a few days ago) that he couldn't stay. So we went to our seats. Green Day ended up having a great performance. They even got a couple random musicians from the crowd to play a short lil song. The second to last song was "We Are The Champions". Go Queen! W00t!!! When we were in the hall, one of the strippers jumped on my neck, knocking me down lol. We walked outside through the parking lot. A car drove beside us. It had many people in it, and legs and arms hangin out of the windows. Some people (female I think) yelled to my bro and me. I have no idea what they said. We got to Steven's car, then my dad called him up. He lived in the area, so he had just walked home to take a nap. He came to the car again, and drove us back to Lucky 32's, which is where our cars were. We all said goodnight, blah blah blah, and now I'm home. W00t. In other news, after taking a sanity test that I got from Derweezy, I now know that I am 53.[Insert 10 digits]% insane! I prolly already said this in yesterdays entry or something, but whatever. W00t! Jus went to a Green day and Jimmy Eat World Concert! Ill give you the details 2morrow, but Ill get you the basic rundown. Cast(Who i went with) Dad Brother Steven Wilson 2 Strippers (Lol yes, strippers) It rocked. They did a tribute to Queen. (WEE ARE THE CHAAAMPIONS!!!) I love Queen for those of u who dont know. One of the all time best bands. A car teeming with bodies and limbs hangin outa windows drove by and yelled (Female voices i think) at my bro and me. One of the strippers jumped on me, knocking me down. Steven Wilson got sick and never saw the concert. Poor Steven. :( Over all, gr8 day! l33t/w00t/r0x0rz/Wh4t3v3r 3lZ3 th4t'Z l33tZp34k 4nd m34nz c00l.
